Not feeling well today - did the best I could. We did make it out to the grocery store & I used about 1/2 of my basil plant and made a big batch of pesto.
Lunch:
Whole wheat sandwich round
2 oz. deli chicken breast
1 sl. veggie "American" cheese
Dinner:
2c. romaine mix
1/4 c. lean taco beef
1 T. shredded cheese
tomato, jalapeno, black olives
2 T. salsa
2 T. corn
1 T. RF Sour Cream
Snack:
Sugar Free popsicle
I've lost 2 pounds. I'm sure it's from being sick. ugh!
